He was predeceased by: his parents, Sybil Manning and Howard "Buck" Manning; and his siblings, Jerry, Larry, Willie Ben Manning, June and Mildred.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce Manning; his children, Randy Manning (Donna), Tony Manning and Rik Manning (Angela); his grandchildren, Dawn Key (John), Nick Manning (Kristen), Machelle Manning, Amy Andrews (James), Dustin Manning, Vinny Manning (Sara) and Kate Manning; and his sister Dena Manning. He is also survived by 14 great grandchildren.
