He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Huvern Tuck and Maggie Gaddis of Alexander City, Alabama.. He is survived by: his parents, Donald Morrison Jr. (Myrna) of Santa Clarita, California and Penny Gaddis Leonard (James) of Troy, Alabama; his brother Matthew D. John (Patrisiya); his nephew Emmanuel John; his niece Amina John of Lexington, Kentucky; his siblings, Samuel A. John of Troy, Alabama and Tiara J. John of Atlanta, Georgia; and his grandparents, Donald Morrison Sr. and Evon Morrison of Sanford.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Green Hills Funeral Home (1621 US-29, Troy, AL 36079).
