He is survived by : his wife Carol J. Smith; his sons, Jimmy Smith (Betty) and Michael Smith (Barbara); his grandchildren, Ceiar Smith, Troy, David M. Smith and Brandi Marie Smith; and his great grandchildren, Jaxon Lane Smith, Troy, Bentley Michael Smith, Carleigh Cox and Grace Walker.
