He is survived by: his wife Deborah; his daughter Crystal Caldwell (Forrest); his grandchildren, Gus Galloway, Taylor Ellis and John Grady Caldwell; and his siblings, Curtis Blair, Glen Blair, Rodger Blair (Iris), Darlene Spencer (John) and Eugene Blair. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
