Joyce Hare Conrad Obituary
We are sad to announce that, on November 10, 2025, at the age of 96, Joyce Hare Conrad (Troy, Alabama) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Judge William Crumpton Hare and Mary Esther Bentley Hare. She is survived by: her sisters, Mary Esther "Bebe" Cofer (Felton) and Barbara H Young; her children, Joyce Conrad Montague (William Jr), David Druid Conrad Jr. (Cheryl) and William Hare Conrad (Betsy); and her grandchildren, Amelia Conrad Montague, William Lynwood Montague III, David Druid Conrad III (Whitney), Liston Hutcheson Conrad (Adele), Sarah Conrad Isham (George II) and William Hare Conrad Jr. (Mary). She is also survived by her family and many friends.
Donations in her memory may be made to the Troy Public Library, the Johnson Center for the Arts in Troy, and the First Baptist Church of Troy.
