He is survived by: his wife Ann Stinson Webb; his sister Pat Wright; his brother-in-law Joe Stinson; his sons, Phillip Webb (Shelly) and Joshua Webb (Sammy); and his grandsons, Christopher, Grayson, Logan and Levi.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Green Hills Funeral Home (1621 US-29, Troy, AL 36079). A memorial service will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Brundidge Methodist Church or Wilde Lake Church in Pensacola, Florida.
