He was predeceased by : his parents, Leland Moore and Sue Moore; and his grandparents, Henry, Ethel Missildine, Douglas and Annie Moore.

He is survived by : his children, Katy Sellers (Lance) of Daleville, AL, Sarah Isaac (Alex) of Cullman, AL and Josh Moore (Rachel) of Houston, TX; his grandchildren, John-Forrest Pape, Everlee Isaac and Lillian Isaac; his sisters, Suezanne Stovall (John) and Lisa Binkley (Bill); and his close friends, Skip Hope and Michelle Vasquez.

The family requests instead of flowers, memorials may be made to Ramer Family Health Center, located at 5422 AL-94, Ramer, Alabama, 36069.
