He was predeceased by: his parents, Freeman Bundy and Eva Bundy of Tarentum, Alabama.; his siblings, James Bundy, Willie Arthur "Bill" Bundy, Richard "Tab" Bundy, Bernice Vance, Loretta Osborn, Linda Adams, Sarah Joyce "Jody" Pope, Connie Pearl Allen and Ouida Grimes; and his son-in-law Gary Michael Rushing.
He is survived by: his children, Paula Bundy Rushing and Max Wesley Bundy (Lynn); his grandchildren, Grace Merilee Rushing, Ally Madeline Rushing, Morgan Celeste Bundy and Max Wesley Bundy, Jr.; and his sisters, Martha Jo Ellis and Judy Dunnavant Kelley.
