She was predeceased by: her sons, Butch, Dale and Dean Powell; and her parents, Hardy Lee and Leila Lee.
She is survived by: her husband Bobby D. Powell; her daughter Sharon Watkins; and her grandchildren, Shannon Powell, Holly Carroll (Jonathan), Amber Hickman (Clint) and Abby Brookshire (Jason). She is also survived by five great grandchildren, and several cousins.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 28th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Green Hills Funeral Home (1621 US-29, Troy, AL 36079). A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, May 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Green Hills Memorial Cemetery (1621 US-29, Troy, AL 36079).
