With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Peggy Thames Faulk (Troy, Alabama), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 23, 2026 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, L. Randolph Thames and Wauree Pippin Thames; and her siblings, Max Thames and Jozan Plaza. She is survived by: her husband Joseph E. Faulk (Joe); her children, Brooke F. Cobb (Charles), Andy Faulk and Ginny F. Floyd (Brian); her grandchildren, Edward, Ella Cobb, Soles, Louisa Faulk and Faulk Hodges; and her siblings, Carol Waller, Ron Thames, Gary Thames and Tonya Hillman.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial donations be made to First Baptist Church, 200 West College Street, Troy, AL, 36081, or the American Cancer Society.
