She was predeceased by: her siblings, Lowell Collinsworth, Teddie Albright and Shelia Collinsworth. She is survived by: her husband Larry Middleton; her children, Gina Spivey (Chris) of Gulfport, MS, Leah Bauer of Troy, AL, Vaughn Lamore of Dayton, OH and Joe Lamore (Jen) of Ozark, AL; and her grandchildren, Adam, Nathan, Alisha, Ashlea, Joshayla, JoJo, Kalinda, Tres, Andre and Lena. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren; two sisters.
