He is survived by: his wife Mary Louise Mosley Blair; and his children, Thomas William Blair Jr. (Theresa), Jennifer Leigh Butler (Jeff) and Eric Wayne Blair (Crissy). He is also survived by 6 Grandchildren, and 9 Great-Grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Dillard Funeral Home (206 Old Hwy 231 N, Troy, AL 36081). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
