We are sad to announce that on September 25, 2019, at the age of 78, Thomas Rice (Troy, Alabama), born in Elberton, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Morgan Rice and Blythe Rice. He is survived by: his wife Carla Carroll Rice; his children, Thomas Rice (Amanda) of Birmingham, AL and Morgan Wiebe (Paul); his grandsons, Aaron of Wichita, KS and Alden of Wichita, KS; his sibling C. V. Rice (Pat) of Lilburn, GA; his niece Pam Williams (Ricky) of Rome, GA; and his pet Clem.
