He was predeceased by: his wife Judy R. Creek; his parents, Gloria Creek and Joseph Creek; and his brother Jon Creek. He is survived by: his daughters, Tandy Thaggard (Randal) and Rhonda Tyner. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Green Hills Funeral Home (1621 US-29, Troy, AL 36079).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Montgomery Cancer Center.
