He was predeceased by: his daughter Amy Lynn Parker; and his parents, Broscoe Parker and Martha Parker. He is survived by: his wife Ann Parker; his children, Sonnie Parker (Angie), John Parker and Pamela Parker; his grandchildren, Chelsea Parker and Kaylee Parker; and his sisters, Barbara Sue Parker and Jo Watkins.

The family requests that in lieu of flowers memorials be made to the St. John Cemetery Fund.
