He was predeceased by: his parents, Woodrow Clements and Ola Mae Clements; and his grandson Adam Clements. He is survived by: his wife Mary Jo Clements; his children, David Clements, Jr. (Lea Ann), Jeff Clements (Denise), Laurie Boyd, Bonnie McKeithen, Regina Dumas (Neal) and Dannelle Ellison (Nathan); his siblings, Harriett Wiggins, Sandra Stodghill (Roy) and Johnny Clements; and his siblings' child Ellie Wayne Clements. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
