He is survived by: his wife Jean; his children, Christopher Perry and Lauren Elizabeth; his brothers, Jim, Ron, Ullman and Mike; his grandchildren, Christopher, Valyn, Dylan and Ryker; and his great grandchildren, Kayden, Aubrey, Dominic, Greyden and Sylas.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 28th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home (1591 Gadsden Hwy, Birmingham, AL 35235). A funeral service was held on Monday, September 28th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
