He was predeceased by: his parent Lura Springfield; his son Jeffrey Scott Springfield; and his sister Elaine Ballentine. He is survived by: his wife Linda Bagwell Springfield of Trussville; his daughters, Tara (Beau Miller), Traci (Marcus Newell) and Tina (Shane Whitehead); and his grandchildren, Chrissy Newell, Cole Miller, Abbi Whitehead, Ella Whitehead, Phoebe Miller, Lily Newell and Kadi Whitehead.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the First Baptist Church (128 N Chalkville Rd, Trussville, AL 35173). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. The inurnment will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Memory Hill Cemetery (700 Eunice St, Albertville, AL 35950).
