He is survived by : his significant other Johnnie Dean Chappell; his daughters, Sonya Chappell of Tuscaloosa, AL and Christina Bradford (Jim) of Port Orange, FL; his grandsons, Isaac Williams of Columbus, MS and Justin Bradford of Port Orange, FL; and his great grandchild Dylan Bradford of Port Orange, FL..

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to be made to the Arnold Palmer Children's Hospital in Orlando.
