He was predeceased by: his father Arthur McKinley Boothe (Mac); and his brother Kevin McKinley Boothe. He is survived by: his wife Patsy Ann Hendrix Boothe; his children, Brittany Nicole Boothe Watkins and Dylan Kerry Boothe (Hailey Cain); his sister Bethany Joy Boothe; his mother Jewell Brown Boothe; his uncles, Tommy Boothe (Joanne) and John Brown (Jimmy); his aunt Margaret Brown; and his grandchildren, Payton Church, Emma Watkins and Ellie Mae Farley.
