He was predeceased by: his parents, Irene Strickland and Adolf Strickland. He is survived by: his siblings, Sheila Herd, Debra Ryan and Phillip Strickland; and his children, Charles Daniel Bailey, Jr. and Stacy Marie Pate. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
