It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Darryl Evans of Tuscaloosa, Alabama, who passed away on October 30, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Curtis Lloyd and Louise Williamson Evans; his brothers, Bobby Ray Evans and Jerry Wayne Evans; his sister-in-law Carol Lathem Evans; and his great grandchild Lily Joy Gibson.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon Ann Luxich Evans; his children, Tim Evans (Cindy) of Franklin, TN, Tammy Evans Steinberg (Dick) of Huntsville, AL, Mike Evans (Renee) of Northport, AL and Melodie Evans-Walls of Huntsville, AL; his grandchildren, Elizabeth B. Evans Howard (Eli), Eli Walls (Bonnie), Elizabeth H. Evans Edwards (Zach), Zachary Evans (Janea), Evan Steinberg-Whitt (Connor), Katie Walls Golan (Cameron) and Noah Walls; his great grandchildren, Sullivan Evans, Easton Walls, Annie Evans, Gregory Golan, Esther Gibson, Monty Edwards and Jovi Brooke Howard; his sister Nan Evans Hardy (Bill); his sisters-in-law, Susan Montgomery-Clark (Rod) and Shelly Peed (John); and his grandchildren, Parker Evans, Kyle Evans, Elizabeth Howard, Kelly Marie Gibson, Elizabeth Edwards, Katie Golan and Hannah Steinberg (Steven Winningham).
