He was predeceased by: his parents, Ann Peters and Eldred T Harding. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Cox Harding of Tuscaloosa, Alabama; his sons, David Christopher Harding (Kimberly) of Atlanta, Georgia and Joseph Keaton Harding (Rebecca Jane) of Mountain Brook, Alabama; his sister Debra Harding Buring (Bob) of Cincinnati, Ohio; and his grandsons, Joseph James Harding and David Henderson Harding of Mountain Brook, Alabama..
