She was predeceased by: her husband James Kermit Pearson; her son Steven Hobson Pearson; her parents, George G. Franks and Lula Franks; her brothers, George C. Franks and Freddie F. Franks; and her granddaughter Ashley Nicole Pearson.
She is survived by: her children, Darien Booth (Mike), Karen Jarman and Jamey Pearson; and her sister Jean Ward. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, one great great-granddaughter, and nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made to Duncanville Baptist Church building fund or Gideon's International.
