He was predeceased by : his parents, Frank McCormack and Mary Sue McCormack; his former life partner Ann Ward McCormack; and his brother Dr. Ron McCormack. He is survived by : his wife Dianne Donahue McCormack; his son Frank Michael Jr.; his daughter-in-law Jennifer McCormack; his grandchildren, Ana, Julian and Eóin McCormack; his brother Dan; his sisters-in-law, Karen McCormack and Nancy McCormack; and his stepsons, Tim and David Donahue. He is also survived by many other aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
