She is survived by: her sisters, Kristy Sutton Howell (Thomas A. Howell) and Laurie Sutton Collins (David A. Collins); her nephew Andrew T. Howell (Leah Sands Howell); her nieces, Kathryn L. Howell and Allyson Collins; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Lynleigh Kate Howell, Jackson T. Howell and Jacob M.. She is also survived by Sons and her husband Joshua L. Sons.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the First Baptist Church (721 Greensboro Ave, Tuscaloosa, AL 35401). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
