He was predeceased by: his wife Stephanie Douglas Hill; his father Guy Derrick Dailey, Sr.; and his grandparents, Ruth, Joe Smith, Dolly and Tommie Abernathy.
He is survived by: his sons, Robert Forkner and Matthew Moore; his mother Tina Wagner; his brothers, Christopher Dailey, Sr., Matthew Dailey (Ge) and Guy Derrick Dailey, Jr. (Jennifer); and his stepmother Michelle Dailey Davis. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
