She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Mink and Twilla Mink; her sons, Tim Rubio and Sean Rubio; and her siblings, Charles Mink, James Mink, Tommy Mink, Lilly Mae Mink, Joan Hammonds and Molly Spencer.
She is survived by: her husband Alfonso "Al" Rubio; her son Chris Rubio (Barbara); her grandchildren, David Rubio (Jennifer), Valarie Atkinson (Braxton), Jackson Bibby, Brittni Anglin (Josh), Grey Anglin, Matt Latham, Tyler Latham, Kristen Rubio and Izzy Rubio; her close friends, Maxine Rubio, Teresa Harless and Cindy Grimsley; Alfonso "Al" Rubio. She is also survived by nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 21st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Tuscaloosa Memorial Chapel (5434 Old Birmingham Hwy, Tuscaloosa, AL 35404). A funeral service was held on Sunday, September 21st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Sunday, September 21st 2025 at the Tuscaloosa Memorial Park (5434 Old Birmingham Hwy, Tuscaloosa, AL 35404).
