He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Baggett and Pauline Baggett; and his brother Grady Baggett. He is survived by: his wife Carol Baggett; his daughters, Julie Burroughs (Greg) and Amy Windham (Sam); and his grandchildren, Cason, Caroline Burroughs, Sam and Avery Windham. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
