He is survived by: his children, Amy Mullins (Neal) and Phillip Montero Stith (Tracey); his grandchildren, Martha Kate Mullins (Levy), Julia Morris (Kyle), Joanna Mullins, Jackson Montero Stith and Abigail Stith; his great grandchildren, Emma Blayke Morris and Cora Neal Mullins; his mother Mickey E. Stith; and his siblings, Ricky Hall, Mark Stith, Mikal Stith, Stacey Houston (RH) and Susan Chambers (Bo).
