She was predeceased by: her husband David Phillips; her parents, Herbert Hoover Hansford and Lucille Darneal Hansford; and her grandparents, Dallas T. Darneal, Ora May Darneal, Ethel and Grover Hansford.

She is survived by: her sons, David Patrick Phillips (Angie), Randall Scott Phillips (Ginger) and Michael Cary Phillips; her grandchildren, Addie Grace and Grayson Scott Phillips; her sister Jackie Hansford; her nieces, Jennifer Gills and April Phillips; her nephew Chris Otts; and her sister-in-law Linda Phillips.
