It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carl E. Barfield of Tuscumbia, Alabama, who passed away on May 16, 2022, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Linda Fay Barfield; his grandson Jesse Carl Rainey; his parents, Pearl Madge Holland and Emmett Holland; and his sisters, Grace Cater and Faye Holland.
He is survived by: his grandson Austin Rainey (Lindsay); his great grandchild Jesse Dale; and his children, Regina Barfield Carmack (Gary) and Thomas Barfield. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
