He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Jefferson and Lenice Louise Smith (Hester); his brothers, Nolen Smith and Jimmie Smith; and his grandchildren, Jayden, Jordan and Maysen Raye Smith.
He is survived by: his children, Jeffery Smith (Katye) and Stephanie Gandy (Steve); his grandchildren, Lauren Hellums (Byron), Jackson Smith and Ryleigh Mae Smith; and his great grandchild Sloan Hellums. He is also survived by several nieces & nephews; and a host of friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Spry Memorial Chapel/ Funeral Home (907 Jackson Ave S, Russellville, AL 35653-2625). A graveside service will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Franklin Memory Gardens (2710 Waterloo Rd, Russellville, AL 35653).
