She was predeceased by: her husband L. F. Nix; her parents, Edgar Bolding and Katherine Bolding; her son Timothy Franklin Nix; and her sisters, LaVerne McDaniel and Betty Faye Bolding.
She is survived by: her children, Eddie Nix (Mary Beth), Teresa Box (John) and Sharon McGee (Richard); and her grandchildren, Steven Box, Anthony McGee, Andrew Box, Stephanie Nix, David Box, Ellen McGee, Zach Nix and Carolyn Nix. She is also survived by great grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Colbert Memorial Gardens (700 US-43, Tuscumbia, AL 35674).
