He is survived by : his daughter Lisa Mathis of Tuscumbia; his brother Steve Mathis (Karen) of Muscle Shoals, AL; his uncle Arlin Mathis (Glenda) of Ripley; and his nephew Bryan Mathis (Stacy) of Ripley.
