He is survived by: his wife Faye M. Olivis of Littleville, AL; his children, Anthony Olivis of Sheffield, AL and Alicia Whitehead (Brad) of Muscle Shoals, AL; his grandsons, Cody W. Sills of Florence, AL, Jay Paul Olivis (TeeAnna) of Biloxi, MS, Nathan Whitehead and Trace Whitehead of Muscle Shoals, AL; his nephew Kelly Dwayne Olivis (Erika); his great-nephews, Cody and Cory Olivis; and his nephew Monte Ray Olivis (Raylene) of Boque Chitto, MS..

Patricia Ann Connery We three, Step-brother and Step-sisters, Shirley, Clarence and Patricia are sadden to know Jerry Wayne has passed on.
