He was predeceased by: his wife Bettye Singleton Hester. He is survived by: his children, Sandra James (Steve), Dana Glenn Hester (Laura) and Lane Elson Hester (Deanna); his siblings, Denton Hester (Lucille), Doug Hester, Ann Culberson (Fred) and Dottie Malone; and his grandchildren, Daniel, Andrew Hester, Leah Westfall, Jesse Cash, Kendall, Justin, Kaitlyn, Josh and Kaden Hester. He is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren.
