He was predeceased by: his wife Mildred E. Davis; his sons, Michael Anthony Davis and Densel Anthony Davis; his parents, Clayton Davis and Margie Davis; and his brother Howard Lee Davis.
He is survived by: his children, Jimmy Lee Davis, Jr. (Mary Alice) and Michelle Henry (Jeff); his siblings, Leon Davis and Olene Campbell; his sisters-in-law, Jan Davis, Betty Spires, Irene Phillips, Inez Hanners (Bobby) and Reba Grissom (Greg); his grandchildren, Jimmy Lee Davis III (Wendy), Jerrod Henry (Megan), Matthew Davis (Miranda) and Caleb Henry (Ashton); his great grandchildren, Dixie Davis, Maeley Henry, Scarlett Davis, Maecey Henry, Mason Davis, Clark Henry, Bo Wyatt Henry, Madi Henry and Jack Henry; and his close friend Linda England.
