He is survived by: his wife Kelly Whitehurst; his children, Kristina Whitehurst, Kailey Whitehurst, Austin Lee, Skylar Lee, Robert Palmer and Caleb Dunaway; and his parents, Kenneth Whitehurst and Kathy Whitehurst. He is also survived by one brother, four sisters; and three grandchildren.
