She was predeceased by: her husband Oneal Rose; her parents, Rufus Berryman and Mary Berryman; her siblings, Betty Menne, Mary McCrary, Carolyn McCormack and Jerry Berryman; her son Steven "Butch" Patterson; and her granddaughters, Nikki Nesbitt and Heather Weaver.
She is survived by: her friends, Jane and Ricky Knouff; her children, Sandra Norwood of Tuscumbia and Mike Patterson (Barbara) of Muscle Shoals; her daughter-in-law Patricia Patterson of Sheffield; her siblings, June Hannah (Steve) of Florence, O'Dwyner Berryman of Rogersville and Billy Berryman of Florence; her grandchildren, Kim Samuels (Tracy) of Ft Myers, FL, Paula Burch (Joey) of Opelika, Jeff Norwood (Bridget) of Town Creek, Tabatha Richey of Sheffield, Brian Patterson of Knoxville, TN, Blake Patterson (Tiffany) of Moulton and Cody Patterson (Jenna) of Athens; her sister-in-law Brenda Berryman; her stepgranddaughters, Lisa Amos of Panama City, FL and Amanda Cunningham of Winfield; and her stepson Danny Rose of Hillsboro. She is also survived by great great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
