She was predeceased by: her parents, Bill Edwards and Lucy Edwards; and her siblings, Cathy Storey, Bernice Evans, Bobbie Edwards and Ernest Edwards.
She is survived by: her husband Mike Cook; her sons, Lee Cook and Michael Charles Cook (Kim); and her siblings, Betty Mullins and Jerry Edwards. She is also survived by 3 grandsons and 2 great grandsons.
