He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Kuykendall and Opal Kuykendall; and his grandparents, Walter, Cora Kuykendall, W. A. and Dezz Thorn.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Kuykendall; his sons, Kenric Crosswhite, Corey Kuykendall (Dusty) and Todd Kuykendall; his grandchildren, Emily, Hannah and Rylee; and his siblings, Jimmy Kuykendall (Cathy), Harold Kuykendall (Marie) and Janeice Gober (Robert). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, a donation can be made to Valley Grove Baptist Church in his memory, where he was a faithful member since 1975.
