He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl McGregory and Billie McGregory; and his brother Donald McGregory. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Harrison McGregory; his children, Shannon Wade McGregory (Carla), Brent McGregory and Chad McGregory; his sister Judy Wann (Mike); his grandchildren, Carson McGregory (Brittney), Sydney Mann (Cody), Addison Horton, Sam Wright, Jack Wright and Reagan Wright; and his great grandchild Scarlett Mann. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
