He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Vernon and Barbara Vernon. He is survived by: his daughters, Katelyn Vernon, Courtney Davis (Mark Davis) and Rosalie Vernon; his granddaughter Gwenevere Davis; his sister Wanda Godso (Jim Godso); and his grandchildren, Sophia Davis and Aiden Davis.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 19th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Bell Forestdale Chapel (2077 Pratt Hwy, Birmingham, AL 35214). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 19th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, June 19th 2025 at the Village Falls Cemetery.
