He is survived by: his wife Teresa Renae Davis; his children, Whitney Nichole Davis, Jana Leigh Black and Jamie Kurk Black; his brother Wayne Davis; his grandchildren, Alexia Danielle Duhamel, Aedyn Dennis Horton, Baileigh Shyann Duhamel and Amiyah Nichole Doss; and his friend Danny Puckett.
