He was predeceased by: his parents, Tom Woodley Sr. and Virginia Nabors; and his sister Candace Woodley Beaver. He is survived by: his wife Angela Vandiver Woodley; his son Randy Vandiver Jr. (Monica); his grandchildren, Zoey Vandiver, Jazzalynn Vandiver and Mary Jane Hathcock; his siblings, Keith Woodley (Paula) and Marbara Bond (Keith); his brother-in-law Tommy Foster; and his siblings' children, Heath, Dever, Aaron, Chris, Kim, Lisa (Randal), Angie, Tyler, Mariah and Brianna.
A memorial service will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Colbert Memorial Chapel (700 US-43, Tuscumbia, AL 35674).
