Travis left this world on November 17, 2025 at the age of 81, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Powell and Bertha Powell; his granddaughter Katherine Sparks; his sister Ruby Powell; and his close friend Margaret Seal.
He is survived by: his daughters, Linda Dugger (Troy) and Donna Norrod (Greg); his siblings, Donald Powell (Bonnie), James Powell (Bess), Lucille Powell and Rachel Reese (Billy); his grandchildren, Christopher Sparks, Gregory Sparks and Stephanie Tiller; and his stepgrandchildren, Stephen Norrod (Traven), Priscilla Weems (Tim), Alan Dugger (Ralene) and Whitney Schmidt (Preston). He is also survived by 15 great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
