She was predeceased by: her parents, Drew Cooper and Edwin Cooper; her siblings, Mildred, Lillian, Elmer, George and Thomas; her spouse Thomas J. Jackson; her sons-in-law, Robert Heeth "Bobby Joe" Vann and James E. Stinson; and her grandson Heath Vann.

She is survived by: her daughters, Linda Stinson of Opelika, AL and Brenda Vann of Auburn, AL.; her grandchildren, Robert T. Hassett (Amy) of Dadeville, AL, Kimberley Hassett (Jason) of Pasadena, CA and Heather Vann Crozier (John) of Opelika, AL.; and her great grandchildren, Rachel and Lindsey Hassett. She is also survived by two great-great-granddaughters, as well as numerous nieces, cousins.
