He was predeceased by: his parents, Lucile Isbill and Osburn Isbill. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Sue Isbill; his brother James Isbill; and his children, Mandy Roberts, Randy Isbill (Tina), Rodney Isbill, Wayne Cox (Michelle), Susan Miller (Craig) and Vicki Cox. He is also survived by 25 grandchildren and 32 great grandchildren.
