He is survived by: his wife Genevieve Payne; his children, Randy Payne (Felicia), Vicki Payne and Kim Gass (Gary); his grandson Austin Payne (Tori); his children, Nicole Blum (Norbert) and Dustin Gass; and his siblings, Joyce Morrison and Leonard Payne. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Head Springs Cemetery (41748 US-11, Valley Head, AL 35989).
